Richard at Crell-cloud took over our IT Services in 2017. Prior to this, our cloud services were placed directly with a large US based provider and hardware managed by ourselves.

With Crell-cloud now managing our cloud based services and providing IT Support, a significant amount of time has been saved liaising directly with the large cloud service providers when issues arose.

Crell-cloud have installed a local server which syncs with the cloud giving us confidence that our files are safe should disaster strike at either end. Additionally, Crell-cloud have installed a VOIP telephone network, which diverts to our mobiles when we are out of the office.

With the constantly evolving world of IT Services, Crell-cloud are constantly looking at ways to improve our IT systems to meet the needs of our engineering business. Crell-cloud work in the background to ensure are systems are up to date to optimise out systems both in terms of speed and security, and when a significant improvement is available, Crell-cloud support us through the upgrades and install necessary software and hardware at a time to suit us. Having a dedicated person to call upon who knows our systems inside out has proved most beneficial when comparing against our previous support which was always done remotely with a different person each time.

Employing Crell-cloud as a one stop shop for our IT Systems, IT Support and cloud based services whilst having them constantly review the best options for our business has proved to be a great decision and we would therefore recommend Crell-cloud on this basis.
